Ridge and Partners LLP has strengthened its senior team with a new Regeneration and Development Manager.
The award-winning property and construction consultancy has appointed Emily Cockle in the new role.
Based in Winchester, Emily will act as a vital interface between clients, developers and public bodies for residential and mixed-use scheme.
With more than 20 years' experience in residential and commercial regeneration and development schemes, both in the public and private sectors, Emily joins Ridge from Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and prior to that Hampshire County Council. Emily has supported several major residential, commercial and mixed-use projects across Hampshire - including key infrastructure projects for one of the Government's first Enterprise Zones.
Richard Hand, Office Managing Partner at Ridge, said: "We are delighted to welcome Emily to the team and look forward to working with her. We view this as a key hire to help strengthen our pre-planning services and to help our clients bridge the gap between public and private sectors for development and regeneration schemes. Emily's place-making skills and experience working with both local authorities and commercial developers makes her the perfect person to help co-ordinate some of the exciting regeneration and development projects that Ridge will be supporting in the future."
Emily Cockle commented: "This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining Ridge and I'm looking forward to becoming part of such a vibrant and dynamic team, which really goes over and above for clients. One of my biggest strengths is being able to see the bigger picture and co-ordinate multiple stakeholders on large-scale projects, so I'm really excited to begin working on some new challenges."
