Leading development consultancy Turley is set to expand the availability of its viability service with the appointment of a new senior representative.
Stephanie Eaton has joined the company as a new director for development viability, which will see the firm's specialist service offered to teams in London and the South East.
Based at the London office, Stephanie will bring a wealth of experience in development surveying across both the public and private sector to the new role, having been involved in numerous major developments across the capital and wider South East region.
The appointment comes in response to increased market demand for trusted advisors in development viability across London and the South East. The service currently operates out of Turley's Manchester and Birmingham offices, but utilises the consultancy's UK-wide network of offices to deliver projects nationwide.
Head of development viability, Matt Spilsbury said: "Our development viability service continues to go from strength to strength nationally. We are currently working on numerous exciting projects across London and the South East ranging from new hotel development in central London, to institutionally funded Build-to-Rent projects, retirement living schemes, urban extensions and new settlements.
"There is strong and growing demand for the service across London and the South East which the expansion of the team will help us meet. I'm very pleased to welcome Stephanie to Turley, which represents the first step in our next phase of expansion."
Speaking about her appointment, Stephanie added: "I'm delighted to be joining Turley to establish a dedicated presence for their development viability service in London and build on Turley's existing reputation. This is an exciting opportunity to provide a new offering to a rapidly growing market. I am looking forward to working with Matt and the rest of team, and to making a significant contribution to projects across London and the South East."
