Founded in 2009 on Wigwam Lane, Nottingham, Central Waste UK offers skip hire with first class customer service and have built up a loyal customer base. On receipt of waste materials back on site, Central Waste deals with all separation and recycling of waste where possible. The main materials which are recycled on a daily basis are topsoil, 6f2 aggregate, wood, cardboard, minimal waste is sent to landfill.
Around four years ago, with an increase in waste materials on site, Central Waste made the decision to construct a large shed to contain waste for sorting and alleviate it from being spread around the site, ensuring the local environment was kept clear of debris.
Following this, 18 months ago, new offices were installed for the staff as they recognised the welfare of their employees is paramount to a successful business.
More recently, Central Waste has provided the addition of a grab lorry service which has proved very popular, therefore there has been a marked increase in waste arriving on site.
Owner of Central Waste UK, Dave Robinson, recognised the need to increase his fleet of material recycling equipment and sought out the expert advice of Matt Williams, one of Agg Pro's leading Sales Team.
Having reviewed the current increase in volume of material processed, Matt advised the most efficient, cost effective equipment would be a McCloskey J40v2. The J40 tracked crusher is a highly portable machine and at just 2.5m wide, perfect for a site where mobility is key with limited space to maneuver. Equipped with a high capacity Hardox hopper, deeper jaw box and fast jaw speed, the J40 can produce stockpiles of 3.47m from the main conveyor and 2.5m from the side conveyor, a welcome addition to any recycling plant!
Dave was very pleased with his new purchase and the service received from Agg Pro, from a timely delivery to one of our engineers assisting with the set-up and full employee training followed up by ongoing maintenance and support from the team. So pleased in fact, he has also added a McCloskey R105 to add to their ever expanding fleet of McCloskey machines supplied by Agg Pro!
