Tim Hartley will join the firm's new Leeds office at West One, Wellington Street, to lead the cost consultancy team.
An experienced director, Tim brings more than 40 years' experience to the new role, where he will play an integral role in developing the multi-disciplinary consultancy's client base in the region.

My extensive experience means that I am able to work across our multi-disciplinary teams to add real value to our clients' projects.
