ISG has announced the appointment of a new divisional director for its UK Fit Out leadership team.
Daryl Hardy will take on the role, where he will be primarily responsible for sub 50,000 sq ft fit out, public sector projects in London and the South East region.
In addition to working across ISG's existing roster of public sector frameworks, including Pagabo, HMRC, Department of Work and Pensions, Southern Construction and the Crown Commercial Service framework, Daryl will target new framework and collaborative public sector opportunities focused on ISG's market-leading fit out credentials.
He joins the business with extensive Tier 1 contractor leadership and operational delivery experience, as ISG continues to focus and build upon its formidable track record across many of the UK's most influential public sector frameworks.
Commenting on his appointment, Daryl Hardy said: "I've been a longstanding advocate that we achieve far greater results and drive best efficiencies through active collaboration and a team approach that focuses on customer outcomes. This ethos is exceptionally strong at ISG and the company has an outstanding performance track-record across its multiple public sector frameworks.
"This newly created role recognises the growing demand for our niche fit out specialism across the broader public estate, and we know there is a major opportunity here to create enduring value for our public sector clients."
Nick Oddy, managing director at ISG, added: "Bolstering our framework delivery offer with talented individuals of Daryl's calibre is great for our business and underscores our commitment to recognising the unique challenges and opportunities of every project we deliver for our public sector clients. The sub 50,000 sq ft category encompasses a huge variety of projects in London and the South East, and we are well-placed with a strengthened team and leadership structure to make a significant contribution to deliver better spaces for the public sector organisations we all depend upon."
