ISG Appoints Managing Director Customer Services For Its Engineering Services

Construction services firm ISG has appointed a new Managing Director Customer Operations for its Engineering Services.

Ciaran Flanagan will report to Bart Korink, COO, Engineering Services. His appointment builds on ISG's high profile and strong credentials across highly engineered and specialist projects. Based in Dublin, Ciaran will be instrumental in building on ISG’s capability and delivering a new dimension to its customer focused approach.

He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and industry experience, with a proven track record in strategic business development and a passion for improving the customer journey.
