Crest Nicholson Launches 6th Phase Of Its Finberry Development

Developer Crest Nicholson has launched the sixth phase of its Finberry development in Ashford, Kent.

The new phase, Sevington Lakes, will offer a mix of 154 two, three, four and five bedroom homes.

Finberry, has a well established community now that over 600 people have moved in and, upon completion, will comprise a total of 1,100 homes. The homes have been carefully designed and built using traditional materials to complement the local environment, as well as modern day lifestyles. Its excellent location means residents can enjoy a beautiful countryside setting as well as a state of the art primary school, play parks and a community centre.
