Homebuilder Northstone has completed work on a new housing development in Barrowford.
The new development which has been named Keld has now officially opened.
Homebuyers that reserve a property before the end of the year, will be moved in by Spring 2022.
Prospective homebuyers in Barrowford and those looking to relocate to the area are invited to book appointments to visit The Huddle, Keld's visitor hub, as well as the two show homes. T
Keld offers a range of two-, three- and four-bedrooms homes ideal for families, people looking to downsize, as well as those looking to move from a nearby town or city in favour of a more rural setting. Keld is also the first Northstone community to include the homebuilder’s new eleven51 house type, a three-bedroom three-storey home perfect for those looking for even more space.
Whether it's the flexible design of the homes that allows buyers to choose the layout of the ground floor up to a certain build stage, or the inclusion of smart technology in every home, Northstone focuses on innovation that improves the way people live so residents feel at home from the moment they step through the door.
Northstone is also committed to enhancing the existing environment in Barrowford and inspiring residents to spend more time outdoors. Keld has been designed as a walkable community that conveniently connects with the current network of public pathways. While to enhance existing wildlife Northstone is incorporating elements such as bat boxes and hedgehog friendly fences to support the movement of wildlife.
Glenn Siddall, Keld's dedicated Sales Executive, said: "Our vision for Keld builds on the existing vibrant community and picturesque surroundings of Barrowford. From speaking to people and businesses in the local area, there’s an amazing sense of community here that we know will be appealing to both existing locals looking for something new, and people thinking of moving to the area for the first time.
"We knew there was a real demand for larger homes with outdoor space in the local area, but we were blown away with how many people visited over launch weekend and reserved a home at Keld. The combination of Barrowford's stunning location, independent local amenities and our beautifully-designed, spacious homes make a unique offer for homebuyers."
