Grant Ltd has recently expanded into the south of the county and has created new roles to help with the extra workload.
The company is now on the lookout for more members of staff across the board ranging from site managers and contract supervisors to plant operators, groundwork labourers and van drivers throughout the county.
Grant Ltd is now carrying out work on multiple housing developments across Cumbria and Lancashire, and the company is also laying the groundworks for an extension at the Energy Coast University Technical College (UTC) at Lillyhall, near Workington, which comprises a new technical workshop, sports pitch and pavilion.

Scott Burns, the General Manager at Grant Ltd, said: "We are undergoing an expansion programme and reaching more parts of Cumbria than ever before, and we have been fortunate enough to provide job opportunities to more people in recent months.
"But we need even more new recruits to help us continue the expansion with vacancies being created across the board.
"It is a really exciting time for us here at Grant Ltd and we are hoping more people can join our happy team and help us with the big projects we are working on currently, and in the future."
Grant Ltd has recently started laying the foundations at housing developments in Penrith, Kendal, Stainburn and Rheda North Park, near Workington.
