Plantworx describes itself as a show that aims to showcase emerging and disruptive technologies alongside construction equipment, innovation, technology products and services. Taking place biennially, the event is one of the leading exhibitions for some of the most exciting innovations within the construction industry, attracting hundreds of professionals from across the sector.
This time, Re-flow's contingent of software specialists consisted of Adam Kyffin, Business Development Manager, and Nick Bridgen-Moore, Senior Support Technician. As a new show for the team, it was an exciting opportunity to establish new contacts within the sector.
Amongst the attendees, there was a large number of businesses operating within the civil engineering and groundworks sectors. In conversations with their teams, Re-flow's software specialists found asset management to be a common pain point – something that Re-flow is perfectly equipped to streamline and automate.
In addition to making new contacts, Plantworx also provided the team an opportunity to touch base with some of their existing clients. One of their oldest clients – Toppesfield – was present at the event, and the Re-flow team had the opportunity to catch up with several of their operatives and engineers, who shared how much the software has benefited their daily operations.
Aside from the Re-flow stand, which was full of its usual excitement – magicians, LEGO and most importantly, live demonstrations of the company's award-winning field management software for construction, the team got the chance to see some of the latest innovations in construction plant and equipment. With an extraordinary display of hardware assets and vehicles throughout the show venue, it was a unique opportunity to see pioneering technologies from across the sector.
Plantworx is only one of several events on Re-flow's yearly roadmap, and their team is off to their next stop - Rail Live - only a week after their return from Plantworx. In case you missed them, make sure to consult their event roadmap to stay up to date on all of Re-flow's appearances in 2023.
