Workspace developer WorkWell has invested £500,000 in its new office space development near Leeds.

Brookfield House has been converted from a manor house to a provider of 6,000 square feet of workspace. The site is set amongst ten acres of accessible countryside. The development combines with a pre-existing 25,000 square feet of fully occupied boutique offices.

The new development, which is based on Selby Road on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, already has a 50% occupancy rate ahead of its launch in September.

Commenting on the project, Oliver Corrigan, Managing Director at WorkWell, said: "Our office portfolio perfectly blends aesthetics, functionality, community and service to create purpose-driven individual office spaces which align to our members' company values and purpose.

"Our partnership models enables us to provide the appropriate resources and support necessary for our members to thrive in a competitive landscape."
