Why Fall-Pac?

We've been protecting those working at height needing height safety equipment since 2004, with fall arrest systems that we believe are the safest available.

Fall-Pac's team is passionate about safety, with unmatched knowledge in fall protection system. Our polystyrene and air-pocket fall arrest bags have been continually designed and developed, with every component scientifically researched and rigorously tested to ensure our products can withstand the toughest of working environments.

Easy installation, fast despatch and helpful, practical advice from our team makes Fall-Pac the most trusted fall protection system and height safety equipment of choice for some of the biggest names in industry.

Fall Training

Your employees have undergone extensive working at height training – why should the products that protect them be any different?

Fall-Pac leads the way for safety standards and fall landing bag innovation. Yet our products are only ever as good as the installation. While our fall protection products are designed for setting up in minutes, employee training is always essential to ensure a safe and successful Fall-Pac installation. At Fall-Pac, we work around your business, providing coaching days for employees for the very first time you buy from the Fall-Pac protection safety range. We are also able to offer follow-up training for new employees.

No matter your industry, you're under ever more pressure to meet environmental targets. With Fall-Pac, we handle the hard work for you.

We take the challenge of being environmentally friendly seriously. Which is why our recycling service makes it as convenient as possible for you to recycle your Fall-Pac unit once it’s reached the end of its life-cycle. Just call our team, and we’ll collect. Simple.

On-site Inspections

Keeping your employees safe is your legal and moral responsibility. We’ll help shoulder the burden, while maximising the lifespan of your Fall-Pac bags.

For any business buying or hiring Fall-Pac units, correct installation and regular inspections are an essential part of keeping your employees safe. With correct installation and maintenance, the average lifespan of a Fall-Pac unit is around 5 years – nearly double that of many other soft-fall systems on the market. Our on-site inspections can handle this ongoing task for you – for optimally safe working conditions, and maximum lifespan.

Inter-site Management

Managing fall landing bags across multiple sites needn’t be a logistical nightmare.

Our Inter-site management service delivers the perfect solution for multiple-sites that require fall-protection. Whether you’re managing a multi-site project or looking to move your Fall-Pac units from one UK location to another, our experienced team are on hand to manage the transport of the system from start to finish.

Testing

Welcome to the UK's only independent on-site testing facility for fall landing bag units.

Our headquarters in Wigan are home to state of the art testing facilities – allowing us to stay one step ahead of the competition by performing regular, extensive safety checks on our products. These facilities give you the peace of mind that our fall landing bags (and your fall protection) meet all legal health and safety regulations.

Conformity

As an employer, your legal obligations can be summarised as taking suitable and sufficient measures to protect your staff. Yet in practice there are many rules and regulations surrounding working at height that can be easily, and accidentally, breached.

Your duty as an employer is to prevent any person falling. Where fall prevention is impractical, you must act to ensure that the height and consequences of a fall are minimised as far as reasonably practicable.

Our Fall-Pac soft fall arrest systems comply with the latest HSE Work at Height Regulations and conform to the British Standards PAS 59:2014.
