Manchester-based Where Saints Go has unveiled a new 10-strong seating collection inspired by the rich industrial heritage of its hometown.
Typified by dark brooding shades, metallic elements and sleek lines, The Manchester Collection brings together bar stools, armchairs and office chairs, which are each named after different areas of the city.
Where Saints Go Design Co-ordinator Faye Leeming said: "Manchester is well known for its rich history and the design ethic behind this collection encapsulates the grit and grace of its industrial heritage. It weaves the rawness of the city’s past with aged leather and striking metallic lines, creating pieces that are both functional and stylish.
"But it's not just about replicating the past. Each piece in The Manchester Collection has been designed for modern living and built to last, drawing interest wherever they are placed."
The collection includes the Piccadilly Curving Armchair which is inviting with its delicious depths that begs to be sat in, while the Oldham Office Chair has a distinctive contemporary edge – ideal for home offices.
The Deansgate collection of bar stools pays homage to the city’s vibrant night life while the Castlefield Dining Chair works beautifully with a variety of dining tables.
Faye added: "The Manchester Collection brings the spirit of one of the UK’s most exciting cities to the world of interiors to add a touch of Manchester’s unique energy to elevate living spaces."
The Manchester Collection is available from wheresaintsgo.co.uk now with prices starting at £149.
