This new addition promises to deliver exceptional performance and durability, catering to the needs of various industrial applications.
The Light Duty Sliding Door is designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern cold storage facilities. With a maximum size of 2500mm wide by 2600mm high clear opening, it offers versatility and robustness to accommodate a wide range of operational needs.
Key Features include:
• Blade Low Temperature: The door blade features 75/100mm PIR insulation, with thickness dependent on size and temperature. It is clad internally and externally with a white foodsafe laminate, ensuring hygiene and safety. The blade is equipped with perimeter capping of anodised aluminium channel with two runs of gasket, incorporating all necessary thermal breaks to maintain optimal insulation.
• Blade Chill Temperature: For chill temperature applications, the blade is also constructed with 75/100mm PIR insulation, dependent on size and temperature. It is clad internally and externally with a white foodsafe laminate and includes perimeter capping with one run of gasket for effective sealing.
• Heaters: The low temperature door frame comes with a low voltage heater tape within the frame, complemented by a separate threshold heater or blade heater. A transformer is supplied for a 240-volt single-phase supply, ensuring efficient operation in low-temperature environments.
• Frame: The door frame is made of anodised aluminium extrusion with a hidden fixing facility, complete with reveal linings and fixings to suit various wall thicknesses, providing a sleek and sturdy structure.
• Track: Using the Fermod 2150 series track, the door includes all necessary fittings, handles, and guides to ensure smooth and reliable operation.
• Handles: Customers can choose from a range of handles including Fermod 2320, 2420/8520, or 3500 steel / 7500 stainless steel, offering flexibility in design and functionality.
