Clowes Developments has announced that TanRo has been appointed lead construction contractor on units 2-7 at 20-acre Stud Brook Business Park in Castle Donington.
The mixed-use development will include employment, amenity, office and industrial units for sale or let ranging in size from 1,500 to 45,000 sq ft – as well as a retail offr. TanRo Construction have secured the role as the lead contractor for Units 2-7, which have been designed by IMA Architects.
