Leading Sustainable Lifting Specialist Expands Fleet

Construction News Image
Award winning Cadman Cranes is delighted to announce the addition of a brand to crane to its service offering.

The powerful Hoeflon C10 spider crane is the latest investment for the Essex based company which runs its diverse fleet entirely on sustainable HVO fuel.

With a maximum lifting capacity of 4.0te, the Hoeflon C10 has a maximum 21m vertical reach with a SWL of 750kg, and a maximum radius of 19.8m with a SWL of 209kg. This impressive piece of machinery weighs only 5.0te and is narrow enough to fit through doorways meaning it is ideal for getting into tight spaces and manoeuvring in difficult locations, internally and externally. The Hoeflon C10 also has hydraulically extendable and retractable tracks, meaning that it can access incredibly hard to reach areas.

Tapping into Cadman Crane's outstanding environmental credentials, the Hoeflon has a hybrid engine which runs on HVO (as will all other machines in the company's fleet). It can also be operated on a direct feed 400V 3 phase power supply – ideal for working indoors with no emissions.

We are delighted to bring this state-of-the-art crane to our clients, ensuring that we can meet their lifting needs with minimal environmental impact."

Part of the Milbank Group, Cadman Cranes is the leading lifting specialist company in the UK, with over 50 years' experience. Cadman Cranes has become renowned as a sustainable crane hire business, setting the gold standard in the industry and winning awards for its sustainable practices, including The Carbon Neutrality Award at the Anglian Water Supplier Awards.

Aiming to become the most sustainable mobile crane hire business in the UK, Cadman Cranes has implemented a wide range of environmentally conscious initiatives, including switching all of its fleet to HVO fuel, installing solar panels at its HQ and rolling out an EV car scheme.

Cadman Cranes' diverse fleet includes a wide range of mobile cranes and a unique selection of spider cranes, compact crawler cranes and specialist lifting and grab equipment.
