Cyril Sweett's Glasgow Office Moves To New Offices

Cyril Sweett, the leading international property and construction consultancy, have relocated their Glasgow operation to a larger facility in the city centre. The company has taken a 10 year lease on a 5,760sq ft premises which are located at 180 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG.

In the last three years, Cyril Sweett's Glasgow office has experienced above average expansion and is an established player in the Scottish market. Growth has come from new business activities such as Scottish Executive and Ivanhoe Cambridge as well as long-term clients Capital Shopping Centres, Hammerson and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Alan Manuel, Regional Director commented: "We are very excited about the move to our new offices. We have been steadily expanding our business in particular our specialist services offering which now includes sustainability advice. This move will allow us to further grow and expand our offer while maintaining our leading position in cost consultancy and project management consultancy in the Scottish market."

Cyril Sweett's Glasgow offices are serviced by train from Glasgow Central and Queen Street Stations, underground at Buchanan Street and buses passing through the city centre. Car parks within five minutes walk are located at Cambridge Street, Waterloo Street, Buchanan Galleries and Mitchell Street. Glasgow Airport is approximately 25 minutes by car.
