Trend has just launched their new 2008/9 Routing and Woodworking Catalogue.
The catalogue launched on September 3, shows their complete range of router cutters, power tools, routing jigs, woodworking accessories and Snappy tooling.
It features over 100 new and innovative products, including the T4 light duty variable speed plunge router. The T4 features an 850 watt motor, a spindle lock for easier cutter changes, a three stage turret depth stop, and a removable base for carving and die grinding.
Other new products launched in this catalogue include the Airshield Pro powered respirator. This respirator features an eight hour rechargeable battery, twin filters approved to the latest European standard, a combination face seal and hood, plus a removable brow guard for easy access to the battery and filters.
The Trade range of routing jigs is further increased with a Draining Groove Jig. A tradesman worktop jig has been added to the range of existing Combi jigs as well as a Door Clamp and Door Stand has also been introduced to aid the stability of a door whilst routing.
Another useful tool for the Tradesman is the Multiscribe, which contains fifteen functions in one, such as a 90 degree square, a compass, a profile scribe and a marking gauge.
The Snappy range of Quick Change tooling products sees it’s tenth anniversary this year. To celebrate, Trend have launched a selection of accessories for use with the Snappy tooling range, which includes a limited edition 12v Cordless Impact Driver, a Tool Tote bag, and a Tool belt. The T50 features a quick release chuck, twin LED light in a compact design with a soft grip and metal gearing for efficient power transmission generating up to 3000 impacts per minute.
