With an ever increasing demand for its project management services, Faithful+Gould's northern region has expanded its team with the appointment of three new members of staff.
Peter Todd has taken up the position of Senior Project Manager. Working out of the Newcastle office, he will be supporting Faithful+Gould's clients to deliver their projects on time and to budget, overseeing multi-disciplined teams and managing projects from inception to completion.
With substantial experience in the construction industry managing a variety of projects in both the public and private sector, Faithful+Gould appealed to Peter due to its excellent reputation within the industry.
Currently working on the redevelopment of Durham County Cricket Club's Riverside Stadium to bring the ground up to England and Wales Cricket Board test match status, Peter said: "I am enjoying the challenging nature of this project which has a high profile within the region and is really important to local people. I'm finding working with Faithful+Gould positive in every aspect, the quality of the staff and general atmosphere in the office stands out as something that is particularly strong."
Also based in the Newcastle office and involved in the redevelopment of Durham County Cricket Club, is newly appointed Assistant Project Manager Christopher Turnbull. Christopher, a Northumbria University graduate, will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed in accordance with requirements and helping to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients. With aspirations to become a senior project manager working nationally and internationally, Chris has commenced his project management APC, which is being sponsored by Faithful+Gould.
Ian Smith is the latest addition to the project management team in Stockton. Having gained experience working on a number of projects within the property and industry sectors, Ian was keen to join Faithful+Gould's team as an Assistant Project Manager after being impressed with the challenges this role would set him.
Ian is being sponsored by Faithful+Gould through a management training course, while currently working on Middlesbrough Council's Boho Core Building 1, an impressive new office building which requires a 'BREEAM excellent' rating.
