Stannah At The Bridge

Eleven Stannah passenger lifts for George Wimpey at The Bridge, Dartford British house-building giant, George Wimpey, has chosen leading UK independent lift manufacturer, Stannah Lifts, for all passenger lift requirements within their unique new homes development at The Bridge, Dartford, Kent.

This dynamic, mixed-use community costs £500 million, spans 264 acres and is the most advanced regeneration scheme in The Thames Gateway to date.

Eleven two stop, eight or six person Maxilift MXL passenger lifts now give access to the one, two and three bedroom apartments, ranged over four and five floors, that form part of this individual residential area created by world-famous design duo, Wayne and Gerardine Hemingway.


A brushed stainless steel finish inside and out is enhanced by a six spot downlighter-effect suspended ceiling, half-height rear mirror, and complementary floor tiles lending continuity to each level served.

The control panel is in the architrave at ground floor level which saves on space but makes maintenance access quick and easy.
