HSS Heroes Of Hire

HSS Hire, the national tool and equipment hire company, is to launch an internal reward scheme for its 2000+ staff.

Heroes of Hire will recognise and reward the exceptional people that work for HSS, acknowledging their efforts towards the company, customers and CSR commitments.

Heroes of Hire allows any HSS employee to be nominated by either their peers, customers or suppliers, and those chosen by board members will win an award. All winners will receive a pin badge to mark them as a ‘hero’ and will be shortlisted for the annual awards ceremony. The scheme will also link in to the 2009 employee volunteering programme where HSS offer time and skills as well as equipment to support the local community.
