Exbury Home's success continues as they are appointed as constructors on a sensitive rural build in Amberley West Sussex.
This contract requires Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, and draws upon Exbury's expertise in this area.
Following continued success since their first home build in 1989, the following twenty years has seen Exbury Homes develop into a high quality and conscientious company moving into Housing Association developments in 1993. They rely upon their own highly experienced workforce, as well as the ability to call upon sub contractors with proven results in their field. Site managers will manage on larger projects, but will be hands on if necessary. This adaptability allows Exbury to maintain control in all builds.
Whilst the continued focus for Exbury Homes is the design and build of quality homes for the Housing Association sectors, they still maintain a passion for high quality private dwellings. The work in this area evolves around the client desire, brought to fruition by Exbury's exacting interpretation, and implementation of current best practices. In their recent project, Deerhurst, in Shootash, Exbury Homes was responsible for the structural design, and in attaining the Environment Agency approval of the sewage system.
Having developed considerably since the completion of their first home for sale in 1989, Exbury Homes has emerged as a strong performer in the Housing Association Building Sector. The current contract with Saxon Weald will provide valuable rural housing, and allow Exbury Homes to continue contributing to quality homes for all sectors.
