Nearly 70 eager homebuyers turned out for a sneak preview of the new state of the art apartments at Leicester's Phoenix Square development.
The landmark development in Leicester's Cultural Quarter opened its doors for the first time in an open event, to give new home hunters the chance to take their pick from the 63 individually-designed apartments housed in the building.
Prospective buyers and investors from across the city and county all commented on the high quality specification of the new homes and outstanding views of the surrounding area.
Peter Connolly, Development Director for Blueprint, said: "We had an excellent turn out for the evening and were pleased to hear how many people had seen the development take shape and were eager to see inside.
"Demonstrating its broad appeal, prospective homeowners ranged from first time buyers to those looking for a second home in the city. All were intrigued to find out about the development’s sustainable design and the mix of public and private areas – which are already making it one of the most talked-about schemes in the city."
Phoenix Square combines the latest digital technology, including two cinemas and a mini cinema, with contemporary living spaces, state of the art workspace units and office studios to house Leicester's growing number of creative businesses.
From contemporary studios, one and two bedroom apartments to three bedroom duplex homes and penthouses with great views over the city, no two homes are the same and each one has a balcony, terrace or roof garden and access to a central courtyard.
The Phoenix Square development is a partnership project between Blueprint, Phoenix, Leicester City Council and De Montfort University.
