McGee Group Announce Bronze Membership of FORS

McGee Group has announced that, following a company assessment, its transport division has been awarded Bronze Membership of Transport for London's, Freight Operators Recognition Scheme (FORS).

FORS is a key project within the London Freight Plan and provides a quality and performance benchmark for the industry. It will benefit London as a whole by encouraging freight companies to prioritise safety and reduce their impact on the environment.

The McGee tipper lorry fleet has become an iconic feature on London's roads in recent years with its bright, pristine yellow livery. The fleet is maintained to a high standard and makes use of the latest technologies for road safety and reducing environmental impact.

This latest award sits neatly alongside McGee’s other recent milestones with the Group having achieved UKAS ISO9001, UKAS ISO14001, Forest Stewardship Council Chain of Custody and a Considerate Contractors Gold Award from the City of London in the last few weeks.
