The first phase of Wolborough Grange will feature a mix of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes, including properties available through shared ownership and social rent. The development will also include public open spaces and a children’s play area, designed to foster a vibrant and family-friendly community.

All homes in this phase will meet the Future Homes Standard, a government initiative aimed at decarbonising new housing. By focusing on efficient heating, improved hot water systems, and reducing heat waste, the homes will emit 75-80% less carbon than those built under current regulations, representing a significant step toward sustainable living.
Wolborough Grange is part of a larger development that will ultimately deliver 1,210 homes in partnership with other housebuilders. Vistry Group will contribute 726 of these homes, encompassing properties under its Bovis, Countryside, and Linden Homes brands.
The development will provide more than just housing. Vistry Group has committed over £1.75 million to enhance the local area, including:
