SHAP is the Sustainable Housing Action Partnership, and its conference will look at all elements of sustainable housing, both new build and retrofit.
Among subjects to be covered at the conference are ECO, LABVs, the Green Deal, neighbourhood regeneration and much more. David Gough, regional director at Lovell, said the quality of the speakers and focus of the discussions were the reasons Lovell decided to sponsor the event: "Sustainable housing and the creation of sustainable communities is at the heart of what we do, so this conference is the perfect fit. It will cover many of the issues that the industry is facing and will help ensure that new ideas and best practice are shared across the region."

The SHAP Conference Programme has been developed in consultation with DECC. The findings, evidence and recommendations will be forwarded to DCLG, DECC and other policymakers and practitioners.
