We are a family run Timber Merchants who have been trading at our Parkstone Road location since February 2001. The directors alone have over 100 years' experience in the Timber trade so can help you with your timber requirements.
We supply tradespeople as well as being open to the public, now from our new shop based on the Foleshill Road, Longford, CV6 7AL. The flat packed shop was built by members of staff here, us also creating the outside Decking and furnishing that we sell. The gates are located on the Foleshill road, opposite the back of the Tesco arena. The office and the Bays are still based at Parkstone road.
We now offer a wider range of stock/products and services such as our garden furnishings. We make gates, benches and planter boxes made to order with your requirements. Our joinery workshop specialises in the assembly of custom built softwood, hardwood and MDF door linings and MDF and Timber window board sections. Alongside this we will of course be offering our existing range of quality products for external and internal use; Sawn, treated, planed, skirting and architrave, beading and decorative moulds, stair parts and a range of sheet materials, door linings made to order, window boards and more.
We also offer a cutting service and keep masses of various fixings, fittings, hinges, hangers, adhesives, nails, screws, decking screws, locks and bolts. Alongside hand tools, builders gloves and treatment we have friendly faces and a vast array of knowledge to help you come to a solution to your timber needs and the products to suit.
We keep a wide range of timber products and pride ourselves on our out sourcing ability if we do not keep stock.
We have offers on every week which we sent out to customers who wish to have it sent by email, and we also post it on our Twitter and Facebook accounts. We have a board in the shop with all our latest offers so now you can see what else you can get a good price when you come in to get your timber.
We deliver frequently to areas in the midlands, the main areas as follows; Coventry, Hinckley, Birmingham, Rugby, Nuneaton, Leamington, Leicester, Warwick, Stratford and Kenilworth.
Our staff count has doubled now our company has become twice the size. We have recently had one of our apprentice’s finish his course and now works full time in the new shop. We also have 3 apprentices working in all areas of Coventry Timber.
We do as much as we can for charities, our most frequent charity we raise for is Men's health as each year members of staff grow their moustaches for Movember. We have supplied charities with Timber, the most recent, a company who is having a charity ram run this month.
We opened our new trade counter on Monday the 29th of September on the Foleshill road.
