J. Murphy and Sons has been appointed to carry out sewer improvements off the coast of Blackpool.

The project is underway already and will be delivered by a subsidiary of Murphy, Land and Marine Engineering.

The works are part of United Utilities’ £100 million investment to improve the sewer network along the Fylde Coast over the next five years.
