Ferrari Fans Now Have F600 Certification

Ferrari Fan Technology are pleased to announce additional certification of their centrifugal and axial fan series which is now available conforming to EN12101-3 rated 6000C for one or two hours.

The company has for some years offered axial fans rated F300, 3000c for one hour and F400, 4000C for two hours and centrifugal fans rated F400, 4000C for two hours and now have new products with the higher F600 rating, recognising the need for this higher certification in underground tunnel applications.

The axial fans have the following features:-

• Size range from 630 to 1400 mm diameter.

• Flow rates up to 129000m3/h.

• Aerodynamically optimised steel impellers.

• Painted steel case with galvanised option.

• Runs at -20/+800C for normal ventilation and 6000C/1hr in case of fire.

• Can be used with inverter drives.

The Centrifugal fans have the following features:-

• Size range from 315 to 1400 mm diameter.

• Single inlet single width arrangement.

• Range of handings.

• Flow rates up to 99000m3/h.

• Aerodynamically optimised backward curved steel impellers.

• Painted steel case with galvanised option.

• Runs at -20/+800C for normal ventilation and 6000C/2hr in case of fire.

• Can be used with inverter drives.
