Inland Homes Appoints Former Willmott Dixon Housing Director

Inland Homes has appointed former Willmott Dixon Director Gary Skinner as Managing Director (MD) of its main operating subsidiary.

Mr Skinner will oversee the company's construction activities and project delivery.

He spent nine years at Willmott Dixon Housing and acted as Operations Director, delivering over £500 million of residential development, include the £83 million Tesco project in Woolwich together with 259 apartments and the £75 million Rayners Lane Regeneration.

Mr Skinner also worked at George Wimpey for seven years in both the South London and East London divisions.

CEO at Inland Homes, Stephen Wicks, said: "Gary has a long and established track record of delivering residential developments and will be a key member of our management team as Inland Homes continues on its ambitious growth path over the coming months and years. His experience of delivering large scale housing and regeneration projects, often with complicated and very specific requirements, is an ideal fit with our business model and expansion strategy, which is targeting the delivery of 500 homes per annum  in the next phase of its growth strategy."
