The Paisley-based firm has redeveloped the iconic Wardley House in Bradford city into a student accommodation facility.
The building, which is located close to the University of Bradford and Bradford College, will undergo final works in the form of illumination to its facade.
With this completion, CGC is on target to generate £14m in turnover for 2016.

The development follows a considerable increase in work from northern England resulting in a new office being opened in Preston, Lancashire. Further offices are in the process of either opening or have opened in Aure and Linwood.
In addition, CGC has completed a significant structural job on a railway viaduct near Newcastle. The project was completed on budget and two weeks ahead of schedule.
CGC's Contracts Director, Ronnie McDowell, said: "The Wardley House project was completed on time and provides excellent quality accommodation for students. We are pleased to have been chosen to undertake this work.
"There is no doubt that Wardley House is a landmark Bradford building and its refurbishment undoubtedly enhances the level of accommodation for students available in this great city."
