Overall, the scheme will Orbit offer 25 rented, 50 shared ownership and 53 outright sale homes. Chartway's residental brand, Westerhill Homes, will offer a further 30 homes for outright sale.
Construction is set to begin in late summer, after K College relocated to new premises by mid-2017.

"Committed to tackling the housing crisis, this innovative joint venture with Chartway Group will also help in achieving Orbit’s target of building 12,000 homes by 2020."
Tim McLoughlin, Projects Director at Chartway added: "The joint venture with Orbit marks the continued growth and evolution of the Chartway Group and its residential brand, Westerhill Homes.
