Work is underway to expand a £15 million luxury lodge retirement development in Lincolnshire.
Britcon has been appointed by Arbor Living to carry out infrastructure works at Lakeshore, a collection of luxury retirement park homes on the banks of the lake at Burton Waters.
This third £450,000 phase of work will help support the installation of nine further park homes at the 20-acre site.
Britcon previously completed phase one in 2015 and phase two in 2016 with a combined value of £850,000 to deliver infrastructure works.
Work is scheduled to finish in January 2018, when the first park homes arrive on site for installation. The works also open access for phase four which is expected to begin in Spring 2018.
Once the fifth and final stage is complete, the entire site will house 52 lodge homes.
Paul Clarkson, Managing Director at Britcon, said: "We are delighted to return on site at Burton Water to deliver phase three of a very successful development. To be retained for continuous phases for this esteemed client is testament to the great workmanship of our team.
"Britcon has long established expertise in ground preparation and throughout all three phases and we have resourced the full infrastructure works internally."
