Taylor Wimpey has said it is proud that seven of its site managers have won a prestigious NHBC (National House-Building Council) Pride in the Job Quality Award.

The award recognises site managers and their teams who produce the highest quality homes, with winners selected from over 16,000 site managers in the UK.

Our winning site managers are Adrian Allen, from Varsity Grange development in Northstowe, Brian Clarke from Kingsbrook Placein Elmswell, Paul Oakley from Broadgate Park in Sprowston, Matt Sant from Tharston Meadow in Tharston, Shaun Taylor from Lark Grange in Bury St Edmunds, Mick Hockley from Darwin Grange in Cambourne and Shane Janse Van Vuuren from Heather Gardens in Hethersett. The awards have been presented following a series of assessments by NHBC inspectors, which gives homebuyers the assurance that the homes at these developments are of the highest quality.

Hayden Dolby, Managing Director of Taylor Wimpey East Anglia, said: "We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality and customer service, and this recognition has ensured that we continue to be an NHBC award-winning housebuilder year after year. Our seven, winning site managers thoroughly deserved this quality award and we'll all be supporting them as they progress through to the regional heats and hopefully to the grand final in London."

NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award winner, Adrian Allen, said: "I'm so proud to have won a Quality Award. I have worked for Taylor Wimpey for 5 years and it feels amazing to be recognised by NHBC for producing high-quality new homes. This is a true reflection of the whole team at Varsity Grange and our commitment to building homes in places where people want to live."

Commenting on this year's win, Brian Clarke said: "I'm over the moon to have won a Pride in Job Quality award. It's a fantastic honour not just for me, but for the whole team at Kingsbrook Place who worked so hard to provide these award winning homes."

Following his win, Shaun Taylor added: "I feel honoured to have been recognised with a Quality Award for the fifth time by NHBC. The team and I are immensely proud of the homes built at Lark Grange and we're delighted to have been recognised for our hard work."

Pride in the Job is the only UK-wide awards scheme that recognises the significant contribution of Site Manager's who achieve the highest standards in new home construction. It has been instrumental in raising the build quality of new homes in the UK for over three decades. The competition's regional events take place in the autumn, whilst the Supreme Awards gala final will be held in London in January 2020.
