Kier started on site in June 2017 and has delivered the project in two phases, the first phase delivering two new teaching blocks, which included science laboratories, art and design studio, food technology suite, library and a large auditorium. Teachers and pupils started to use the new facilities in 2019 and as the second phase of works included an extension to the teaching blocks with a four-court sports hall, activity studio, IT suites and a further 12 classrooms.

Critical to the success of the project has been the relationships Kier has forged with the local Harrow community, notably with St Joseph's Church, which is situated on the same site as the school. Kier's teams worked around church services and funerals and also participated in a number of the church's fundraising initiatives. The site team also won a silver award with the Consideration Constructor Scheme (CCS) as a result of its work with the local community.

"We have worked alongside the local community since we started on site and for a number of our team and supply chain partners, they have also had a personal connection with this project, having been pupils at Salvatorian College. We are proud to deliver such a high-quality build for the benefit of pupils at the College and the wider community"
