TempElec - Temporary Utility Services For Construction Sites In The Northwest

TempElec provides temporary utility services for construction sites in the northwest providing services recently to the new Shakespear at Prescott, Bam Inovyn Runcorn & Bam Chorlton High.

Temporary Utility Service TempElec provides:

• Water: Distribution pumped systems, high rise, water compliance and risk assessments.

• Drainage: Site water and above ground effluent pump stations.

• Power: Site Safe Fiberglas supply housings and mains distribution units, site 110v transformers and three phase switchgear for lifts and wall climbers.

• Lighting: Site perimeter and internal led strip lighting both non maintained and emergency.

• Comms: Off grid internet connectivity via NCIS portable network user platform via internal/external wifi access units.

System offers local file store read only file store (MIM) protection along with white list.

• Radio: Handheld licensed two way radio systems.

• Fire: Fire trolleys and radio Alert Howlers (Wes or Bio) fire & medical call systems

• Fire: Planning Design and print Signage and evacuation Plans.

• CCTV: Day/night colour low light capable cctv with local and 4/5g uplink central monitoring

Other Services include:

• Kitchen and Washroom build in temporary, alternative to cabins.

The company is based in Warrington (Cheshire) and interested in tendering for projects in the Northwest region.
