Algeco To Acquire Mobile Mini UK

Modulaire Group, the parent company of Algeco is to acquire Mobile Mini UK.

The acquisition will further strengthen Algeco market leadership and support teamwork between the combined businesses, offering customers more comprehensive site accommodation and storage solutions.

With a national network of 16 locations in the UK, Mobile Mini UK is one of the leading suppliers of steel storage units and anti-vandal portable offices and toilets. It operates a fleet of over 42,000 units for customers across sectors including construction, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and education.

Together Algeco and Mobile Mini UK will create the UK's largest accommodation hire fleet with around 82,000 units.

The two organisations are closely aligned in their values too. They have shared commitments to market leading health and safety standards, as well as equality, diversion and inclusivity.
