Avant Homes has announced 10 new house types for sale at its £76 million, 329-home Sheltone Village development in Earl Shilton.
Located on Heath Lane, the development offers excellent access to nearby Hinkley and Leicester by road and train links, as well as being near to local amenities, schools and supermarkets.
The newly released house types at Sheltone Village range from £230,000 for a two-bedroom, semi-detached Askern house type to £370,000 for a four-bedroom detached Horbury. All 10 new house types have not previously been available on the development.
The new homes all benefit from Avant Homes’ signature practical design and energy efficiency and are available with a range of incentives. These include five per cent deposit contribution, £15,000 deposit paid and extras including flooring included in the price on certain plots.
Of the new range of homes available, two of them are four-bedroom, detached Horbury family homes which are available from £370,000.
On the ground floor, the Horbury features a large living room, a flexible snug which is ideal to use as a study or playroom and a WC with contemporary sanitaryware.
At the back of the property, there’s a large open plan kitchen dining space with modern integrated appliances and French doors leading to the rear garden. There is also a large storage cupboard and access to a dedicated utility room with an additional outside door.
On the first floor, the main bedroom is served by an ensuite shower room. A large double bedroom and two single bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom with full-height tiling, bathtub, WC and washbasin.
The generous landing space also features an additional storage cupboard. The Horbury also benefits from a detached garage.
