The ceremonial cutting of the ribbon at the special reception took place in front of the recently restored Grade II listed building, with representatives from Tiverton Civic Society and Mid-Devon District Council and key members of the Devonshire Homes team, stakeholders and local build partners in attendance. The event gave guests an opportunity to look around the new office and hear more about Devonshire Homes’ growth plans.

Devonshire Homes' move to Gotham House from their previous office at Lowman Green in December 2023 signifies the company's commitment to its roots in Tiverton and its dedication to providing high-quality homes across the region. The new headquarters offers four floors of impressive office space, with meeting rooms located on the ground floor.
