The Sovereign Network Group has chosen Vistry Group to build and deliver a 100 per cent Partner Funded scheme at Merrick Place in Ealing worth £157 million.
This innovative, residential-led development will create 575 new mixed-tenure homes, including affordable rental units, shared ownership, and private rental sector (PRS) housing, along with commercial space across four buildings. The car-free zone will feature 926 bicycle parking spaces and two dedicated servicing bays on Merrick Road.
Greg Fitzgerald, chief executive of Vistry Group, said:

Not only are we bringing forward 575 much-needed new mixed-tenure homes for the local community, but the scheme is also facilitating new job and apprenticeship opportunities for local residents. David Gooch, executive director of development for London and Herts at SNG, stated:

Together these two projects will deliver over 1,100 high quality new homes in North West London."
