Pitkerro, which has an annual turnover of around £9m, currently employs over 100 people providing plumbing and heating services to the building industry in the Northeast of Scotland, including Aberdeen.
The acquisition further strengthens Rok's position as one of the biggest and most successful building firms in Scotland following the firm’s takeover of Tulloch Construction in 2006.
