Our highly skilled workforce includes several toolmakers with extensive experience in the design, production and testing of tools for many industries. Press tools are a speciality, particularly complex multi-stage progression tools. Our facilities allow us to handle tools up to around 2m x 1m, although larger tools can be handled if they can be split into smaller components


We offer customer support with product design including our CAD facilities. Our machining capabilities include:

• EDM Wire Cutting 500 x 350 x 270 mm

We have staff qualified in welding mild and stainless steel, and have ready access to aluminium welding facilities.
